Das Team - You lead and inspire a team of approximately 5 to 8 boat maintenance technicians in the St. Gallen region - You coordinate and lead training sessions for new and existing employees and accompany them later in the field - Ensuring compliance with and application of guidelines for safety applications, as well as environmental and quality awareness, requires an exemplary role model function - During two days per week, you are on site at customer locations - You support internal departments with technical questions - Approximately every two months, you manage a one-week hotline for employees in the field.
