Together with the Agency Head, you will strategically develop the unit, lead your creative team, and focus on creative quality. Your Substance
You have many years of experience in communication or agency design and are comfortable with print, digital, and brand development. You have already led creative teams, promote the development of your employees, and ensure consistently high design quality. You think strategically about design questions, advise clients at eye level, and develop convincing solutions together with your team. You are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, as well as node-based tools such as Krea, Weavy, or Midjourney. You strategically use new technologies like AI and generative design to optimize workflows and continuously develop design processes.
Your Trip
You will be responsible for campaigns, brand identities, and complex layouts for a wide range of healthcare measures – from brochures and trade fair communication to digital designs and AI campaigns. At the same time, you will lead and develop the design team, manage resources, and bring new creative impulses to the agency. You will work closely with the Agency Head, advise clients on a strategic and creative level, and play a central role in pitches and new business development.
