If you enjoy numbers and like to keep an overview, this could be your next challenge. Tasks - You are the person who keeps an overview: You lead a small team, support it in its daily work, and help it to improve together. - You ensure that the numbers add up - from ongoing accounting to closures. - You prepare quarterly and annual statements, comment on the results, and ensure that everything is transparent. - You take care of value-added tax and ensure that all invoices are correct and punctual. - You don't just look at numbers, but also at report quality and bring in your own ideas on how to make them better. - You are the interface between different teams and international partners - communication belongs to you just as much as numbers. - And when projects arise or financial leadership needs support, you're right in the middle instead of just being there. Profile - You have a solid foundation in finance and accounting, whether through further education like a certificate or comparable qualification. - You know accounting not only theoretically, but have already gathered several years of practical experience and led a team, ideally in the real estate sector. - With MS Office, you feel comfortable, and if you've encountered tools like Microsoft F&O, Lucanet, or Messerli Finanz, that's even better. - Numbers are your thing: You work structured, think economically, and keep an overview even in complex situations. - You're flexible, resilient, and can quickly get up to speed with new topics. - You speak German and English fluently, and if you also speak French, that's a plus point. - Communication is your thing: You're team-oriented, discreet, and can adapt well to different conversation partners.
