Your Tasks
Responsibility for order processing and first point of contact for our customers
Creation of offers and orders, coordination and monitoring of customer orders
Close cooperation with purchasing, sales, work preparation, production, and logistics
Professional and personnel leadership of a team of 10 to 12 employees with and without adapted workplaces
Support and promotion of employees in carrying out their tasks
Organization and optimization of existing processes
What You Ideally Bring
Commercial or technical education with professional experience in the field of internal sales, purchasing, or a similar function
Experience in team leadership and knowledge of the work-pedagogical environment
Experience with ERP systems (Abacus advantageous)
High social competence, empathy, and dealing with fellow human beings on equal footing
Solution-oriented thinking and action as well as a positive attitude
