Team Leader: Pharmacy - Offizin / Bernau Part-time or Full-time

Our client is one of the most established health service providers in Germany, located in Berlin and Brandenburg. For the area of Offizin and Klinikversorgung, we are looking for an experienced pharmacist (m/w/d) in Bernau to take over a team leadership position.

In this function, you will lead both professionally and disciplinarily a team of four employees in the pharmaceutical field.

Tasks

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines Teams with four Mitarbeitenden
• Responsibility for the smooth process flow in the area of Offizin and Krankenhausversorgung
• Etablierung and Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen (e.g. Schnittstellenmanagement, Workflow, Qualitätssicherung)
• Closer exchange with the existing Filialleiter, where you will particularly be responsible for the team professionally and disciplinarily
• Participation and further development in the area of Klinikversorgung with the option to specialize more strongly here

Qualification

• You are a certified pharmacist (m/w/d)
• You bring leadership experience, both professionally and ideally also disciplinarily, or you trust yourself to lead a team of four employees
• You have a good understanding of the work in Klinikversorgung and Offizin
• You take responsibility structured, communication-strong and team-oriented
• You possess the willingness to develop specifically in the area of Klinikversorgung
• Very good German language skills
