Starting Mid-February 2027, we are looking for reinforcements for our management team in Bern.

As a team leader of one of our gelaterias, you will 'run the shop' together with your team and ensure that the neighborhood is always supplied with gelato. 🍦✨

Responsibilities

👥 Personnel Management

• First point of contact for your team on site

• Be a role model: pitch in, take responsibility, create a respectful atmosphere

• Keep scheduling including personnel costs under control

• Conduct employee interviews – on good days as well as difficult days

• Pass on knowledge: onboard new colleagues, train existing team

• Organize team meetings – for development and team spirit

🍨 Production & Planning

• Participate in gelato production and ensure quality

• Consistently implement and demand cleanliness & hygiene

• Organize production planning according to weather conditions

• Coordinate production with other locations in the city

💁‍♀️ Sales & Guest Service

• Be a host at the counter – recognize regular guests, know their favorite flavors

• Keep an overview and set the pace during peak times

• Help shape the sales space and ensure a great overall impression

💻 Administration

• Work routinely on laptop & iPad

• Reliably handle cash closings, orders, personnel figures, and reports

• Organize workdays cleverly and keep deadlines in mind

• Maintain and coordinate neighborhood relationships

🔧 Infrastructure

• Know the equipment and its quirks – and immediately notice when something isn't working
