Team Leader Wound Management - Field / Nursing (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
  • You lead and/or build up a team of up to 8 wound managers (m/f/d) in field service
  • You develop and expand territories in terms of company expansion
  • You train and develop new employees (m/f/d) in your area
  • You lead and accompany acquisition discussions and wound care during joint trips
  • You ensure the smooth running of daily business and optimize calendar and time management as well as tour planning
  • You act as a liaison between regional management and the wound managers and conduct regular sales meetings with your team
  • You resolve conflicts in a win-win manner and build a network in your area
  • You analyze and prepare territories for new team members and develop them
  • You embody the company's internal values and culture both internally and externally

Profile
  • You have completed a 3-year vocational training in the human medicine field, e.g., as a geriatric nurse, general and specialized nurse, or medical assistant (MFA)
  • You have extensive and comprehensive knowledge in modern wound care; further training as a wound manager is desirable
  • You have further experience in personnel management and understanding people, e.g., as a nursing service manager, ward manager, or practice instructor
  • You are strong in communication and assertiveness and have a strong hands-on mentality
  • You have experience in targeted new customer acquisition, possess strong acquisition skills, and convince with excellent German language skills in daily customer interaction
  • You have a valid driver's license class B (old class 3) and are tech-savvy when using, for example, a laptop and mobile phone
  • You can provide a current police clearance certificate
