Team Leader Goods Receipt (m/w/d)
We are looking for a Team Leader Goods Receipt (m/w/d) at the location 65929 Frankfurt Höchst. As of 01.04.2027, our customer will relocate to 63505 Langenselbold, which is located in the Main-Kinzig district. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: Your tasks include leading, motivating, and developing your subordinate employees as well as conducting annual performance evaluations within the framework of individual bonuses.
You apply LEAN methods and actively participate in LEAN projects.
In addition, you ensure compliance with guidelines from HSE, Quality, and Legal in your area of responsibility.
You monitor adherence to working hours, work methods, and the use of consumable materials.
Your tasks also include communicating disruptions in the goods receipt area.
You serve as a technical point of contact for the unloading area and coordinate communication with carriers.
You book and control goods receipts in SAP according to delivery papers and orders, including material and quantity.
In addition, you manage bookings in the Cargo Clix system and create delivery lists.
You are responsible for eliminating disruptions in the high-bay warehouse and at the conveyor technology.
Your tasks also include drawing samples for the Quality Release Group, adjusting quantities in SAP, and creating deviations in case of events in goods receipt.
You create and manage orders in the System CEP PM6.
YOU BRING: You have experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees.
Your competencies include safely applying LEAN methods as well as participating in LEAN projects.
You have knowledge of guidelines from HSE, Quality, and Legal and consistently implement them.
You bring experience in booking and controlling goods receipts in SAP with you.
In addition, you possess experience in communication with carriers and handling Cargo Clix.
You have knowledge of the System CEP PM6 and creating deviations in case of events in goods receipt.
