Since 2017, the MR-Shop GmbH has stood for competent consulting and successful online trade in the field of gate and fence systems, tank technology, and tractor attachments. As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for an experienced leadership personality to further develop our sales support.

Your Tasks

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of 4 employees, growing

• Responsibility for achieving sales and revenue targets

• Development of existing customer relationships and acquisition of valuable new customers

• Steering and optimization of sales processes – from order processing to customer follow-up

• Analysis of relevant key figures and derivation and implementation of suitable measures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Development and improvement of processes, structures, and workflows

• Closely cooperating with the departments of logistics, procurement, and accounting

You Bring

• A successfully completed commercial education or equivalent qualification

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in sales or account management

• Multiple-year professional experience in sales support, account management, or B2B sales

• Pleasure in building long-term customer relationships and a strong customer- and service-oriented approach

• Structured and process-oriented working style and good understanding of business key figures

• Experience in dealing with ERP and CRM systems, ideally SAP Business One

• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking; English language skills are an asset

Working model: Full-time | 1 day home office per week possible after consultation
