What awaits you

• Personnel and technical leadership of your approximately six employees, as well as active involvement (approx. 15-20%) in processing claims in the area of accident insurance and cost of treatment according to the UVG (Swiss Federal Act on Accident Insurance)
• Building, developing, and fostering a newly created team, as well as ensuring efficient, timely, and high-quality claims processing
• Collaboration and coordination with internal and external stakeholders such as the legal department, specialist leadership, BVM (Accident Insurance Compensation Fund), CM (Case Management), or consulting physicians
• Maintaining and developing sustainable customer relationships through personal and virtual coordination with corporate clients

What you bring

• Commercial or paramedical basic training, as well as several years of professional experience in UVG claims management with sound expertise in accident insurance
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a similar position with great enthusiasm for developing and promoting employees, as well as for people management topics
• Fluent German in spoken and written form, as well as good English
• High sense of personal responsibility, can-do mentality, independence, as well as a structured, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and the ability to inspire employees and achieve success together
