Tasks

As Team Leader (m/w/d), you will be responsible for your team of service experts. Our claim is to offer high-quality service to our private customers by phone. Additionally, the team is also responsible for scheduling appointments (Outbound) with customers, for service requests from our online filial and from our central email inbox.

Together with you, we would like to strategically further develop our Customer Service Center. Here, you can actively shape the design.

Qualification

• Banking professional /-woman, comparable banking education
• Sympathetic personality with high engagement in independent work
• Able to develop and support employees
• Excellent communication skills on the phone
• Creativity, flexibility, team, and criticism ability
• Customer-oriented working method
• Open to new technology
