Team Leader Tracking & Sensor-Fusion Predevelopment/Algorithms & Tools (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• You lead a team of two experienced software developers.
• You conceptualize, design, and implement modern algorithms for information and sensor fusion as well as everyday development tools.
• You are also responsible for researching, implementing, and testing new algorithms for sensor fusion, object tracking, and/or occupancy grid mapping.
• To ensure a seamless and robust implementation, you must work closely with other teams and cooperate with them.

Your Strengths

• You hold a master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Technology, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a similar field.
• You have several years of practical experience in Python software development; experience with radar systems would be an advantage.
• You are proficient in developing and implementing professional, high-modern tracking software/non-linear state estimation, occupancy grid mapping, and sensor fusion software.
• You impress with excellent mathematical, analytical, and algorithmic skills.
• Your verbal and written communication skills in English and/or German are outstanding.
