Tasks

The role in the team:

• General property maintenance (care, control, and management of properties in our portfolio)
• Monitoring technical building equipment (especially heating, sanitation, PV)
• Execution of smaller repairs and maintenance work
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in all areas of the buildings
• Planning and coordination of appointments with external specialist companies
• Leading simple property documentation
• Handing over and taking back residential units from tenants
• Key management
• Contact person for technical and organizational matters for our German- and English-speaking tenants

Qualification

This is what matters:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the facility or property sector
• Familiarity with building and HVAC technology is an advantage
• Vocational training (e.g. electrical, SHK, construction) or equivalent
• Technical understanding for simple maintenance work
• Hands-On mentality
• Good German and English skills
• Independent and reliable working
• Driver's license available
