YOUR TASKS

• Building, leading, and developing the Technical Editorial Team
• Responsibility for the entire process of technical documentation – from concept to publication
• Designing interface processes to other teams and departments, primarily Product Management and Development
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products
• Developing the tools used for creating documentation
• Creating and controlling translation processes
• Close cooperation with Technical Support as a feedback channel for documentation

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of professional experience in technical editorial work
• University degree in Technical Editorial / Communication or a comparable qualification
• Pleasure and enthusiasm for responsibility and the development of team members
• Ideal experience in leading a small team
• Proficient use of Office applications, Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence, and content management systems
• Creativity in visual communication and analytical thinking with a structured work approach
• Proficient use of complex IT and software products and the willingness to learn new software products
• Very good German and English language skills
