Team Leader Technical / Building Services (m/f/d) Bath and Plant Engineering

Our client operates an established and well-frequented site in the southern outskirts of Berlin. Technology and technical building equipment (TGA) play a central role in reliable and safe operation. In addition to classic building technology, the focus is particularly on bathing technology, pool water technology, and water treatment.

For the management of the technical department, we are looking for an experienced Team Leader Technical / Building Services (m/f/d) who will take responsibility for the entire technical area and brings in-depth experience from a swimming pool, leisure pool, or comparable bathing facility. • Overall responsibility for the technical department as well as leadership and organization of the associated technical team
• Ensuring the reliable operation of the technical systems with a special focus on pool water technology and water treatment
• Monitoring of technical systems, early detection of disruptions, and coordination and support of necessary measures for disruption resolution
• Responsibility for heating, ventilation, sanitation, disinfection, and other building services systems
• Planning and control of maintenance and repair measures as well as continuous development of technical processes
• Responsibility for personnel, service, and vacation planning as well as onboarding and further development of employees

• Completed technical training, e.g., as an electrician, electrical fitter, plant mechanic, or comparable qualification; further training as a technician or master craftsman is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the technical area of a swimming pool, thermal spa, or comparable bathing facility
• In-depth practical knowledge of pool water technology and water treatment as well as understanding of the technical processes of ongoing bathing operations
• Initial or several years of leadership experience, e.g., as a team leader, deputy team leader, or in a comparable responsible position
• Broad technical understanding, especially in the areas of plant engineering, heating, ventilation, sanitation, and electrical engineering
• Responsible, solution-oriented, and strong leadership personality with a hands-on mentality and willingness to be on call
