Team Leader Technical Support & Project (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Team Leader Technical Support & Project (m/f/d) for the Container Logistics Operations in the Technical Excellence & Innovation Unit, full-time, starting immediately. This role will be performed at the Leverkusen, Dormagen, and Uerdingen locations. The primary location is Leverkusen.

Your tasks in essence:

• Functional and disciplinary leadership of assigned employees and support of the Operations Manager

• Planning, development, and implementation of projects

• Participation in safety assessments

• Monitoring compliance with legal requirements

• Budget responsibility within a defined scope and responsibility for ordering operating resources, work, and auxiliary materials

• Reports to the Head of Container Logistics

• Completed engineering degree with a specialization in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or comparable

• Knowledge in the chemical-related environment, BImSchG (Federal Immission Control Act), StörfallV (Ordinance on Major Accidents), and projects

• Several years of experience in leading employees

• Ability to motivate employees and drive change

• Business administration knowledge desirable

• German in spoken and written form

• Driver's license Class B

• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP
