Team Leader Technical Support & Project (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Team Leader Technical Support & Project (m/f/d) for the Container Logistics operation in the Technical Excellence & Innovation Unit, full-time, effective immediately. This role will be performed at the Leverkusen, Dormagen, and Uerdingen locations. The headquarters are in Leverkusen.

Your responsibilities in essence:

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of assigned employees and support of the Operations Manager

• Planning, development, and implementation of projects

• Involvement in safety assessments

• Monitoring compliance with legal requirements

• Budget responsibility to a regulated extent and responsibility for ordering operating resources, work materials, and consumables

• Reports to the Head of Container Logistics

• Completed engineering degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or comparable

• Knowledge in the chemical-related environment, BImSchG (Federal Immission Control Act), StörfallV (Ordinance on Major Accidents), and projects

• Several years of experience in leading employees

• Ability to motivate employees and drive change

• Business administration knowledge desirable

• German spoken and written

• Driver's license class B

• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP
