Aufgaben

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines IT-Betriebsteams (mit Schichtdienst und Rufbereitschaft) for Linux systems and applications operated there for our customers
• Souveräne Steuerung der Teamdynamik, including the integration and leadership of experienced senior experts as well as the targeted promotion of young talent
• Kontinuierliche Optimierung und Modernisierung der Arbeitsabläufe und ITSM-Prozesse (Incident-, Change- und Problem-Management)
• Entscheidungssicherheit durch tiefgehendes Expertenwissen, where the focus lies on disziplinarische Teamführung
• Schnittstellenmanagement zu angrenzenden Abteilungen and coordination of joint projects for continuous service improvement
• Verantwortung für die Personalplanung und Durchführung des Recruiting-Prozesses for the team

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, eine abgeschlossene fachspezifische IT-Ausbildung or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
• Mindestens 3 Jahre disziplinarische Führungserfahrung in the IT industry
• Langjährige Erfahrung in the operation of Linux server landscapes (Enterprise level)
• Umfassende Kenntnisse aller gängigen Prozesse im ITIL-Umfeld (ITSM) and experience with ServiceNow or comparable ticket systems
• Hervorragendes Qualitäts- und Servicebewusstsein for the stable operation of critical customer environments
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
