Team Lead Field Operations (m/w/d)

The ENOVA Service GmbH is responsible for the maintenance and repair of hundreds of wind energy turbines across Germany. This complements the comprehensive product portfolio of the ENOVA Group, which has been active in the field of renewable energies since 1989.

Tasks

• You will take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of our approximately 20-30 service technicians.
• You will ensure that planned service assignments are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high quality.
• You will be responsible for complying with all HSE standards and maintain an overview in critical situations.
• You will actively support complex technical issues, make clear decisions, and provide your team with orientation.
• You will accompany the onboarding of new service technicians and promote their professional development.
• You will optimize processes and workflows in field service to continuously improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• You will work closely with dispatching, technical support, and operations to ensure smooth control of assignments.

Qualification

• A completed technical education or master's degree (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics) - ideally with experience in service or operation of wind energy turbines.
• You have already gained several years of leadership experience and are willing to take responsibility for your team.
• You work safely in a common ERP system.
• You can structure, prioritize, and maintain an overview even in turbulent phases.
• High service orientation, solution-oriented thinking, and decision-making strength.
• You are communicatively strong, team-oriented, and act responsibly.
• You possess a Class B driver's license and are physically fit.
