Your Mission

You lead and develop our support team, ensure service quality and availability, and accompany complex issues operationally – with clear KPIs, good coaching, and pragmatic process improvement in close cooperation with product, development, marketing, HR, and CEC leadership.

Your Tasks

• Lead & Coach: Lead the team in telephone customer service, establish feedback/scholarship routines.
• Quality & KPIs secure: Monitor service quality, availability, and SLA/KPI targets – derive measures.
• Operative support: Take over escalations/complex cases, coordinate solutions.
• Process improvement: Analyze, simplify, and document workflows.
• Ressources & Reporting: Plan resource allocation (shifts, vacation), prepare team reports for management.
• Culture & Recruiting: Foster a positive team culture; support selection and onboarding processes.

Your Profile

• Economic education or studies – ideally with a focus on customer service/management
• Multiple years of experience in (telephone) support/customer service, preferably with leadership responsibility
• Sovereign with CRM and MS Office
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Strengths in communication, leadership, conflict resolution, organization, decision-making, and teamwork
