Team Leader Tax Consulting (m/f/d) - Full-time | Augsburg | Home Office | Permanent Position

On behalf of our partner company in Augsburg, we are looking for you as a "Team Leader Tax Consulting (m/f/d)" at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities

• As Team Leader Tax Consulting (m/f/d), you will take on the technical leadership and development of a team in the tax department
• You will also coordinate personnel and resource planning, monitor relevant key figures, and act as a liaison between the team and the responsible partner
• In addition, you will independently manage a fixed client base and advise companies as well as private individuals on tax matters
• Furthermore, you will prepare financial accounting, VAT returns, and annual financial statements for clients of various industries and legal forms
• You will process business and private tax cases and ensure reliable, high-quality client support

Qualifications

• You have completed vocational training, e.g., as a Tax Assistant (m/f/d), alternatively further training as a Tax Specialist (m/f/d) or Accounting Specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification in accounting, such as a degree
• You have sound professional experience as a Tax Specialist (m/f/d), Tax Assistant (m/f/d), or Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) with at least initial management experience
• You possess in-depth knowledge of financial accounting, preparation of annual financial statements, and processing of business and private tax cases
• In addition, you are proficient in using DATEV and digital work processes
• Responsibility, strong communication skills, team spirit, and enjoyment of technical guidance as well as client support are important
