To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Team Lead PLC Development (m/f/d)

As a Team Lead (m/f/d) in Siemens PLC development, you will take on the technical and organizational leadership of a development team and act as the central point of contact for customers and internal interfaces. You will manage projects independently from planning to implementation, actively participate in projects, and ensure efficient resource and schedule planning.


Tasks
  • Independent coordination and leadership of the Siemens development team
  • Project coordination and management
  • Capacity and resource planning within the team
  • Customer communication: Clarification of open technical questions, coordination of requirements
  • Involvement of service providers in the project, including training on standards
  • Participation in projects: independent PLC development/programming (Siemens), commissioning support, troubleshooting
  • Ensuring quality and standards: Review of concepts/programs, adherence to engineering guidelines, documentation
  • Risk and escalation management

Profile
  • Completed degree in Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or comparable qualification
  • Leadership experience in special machine construction
  • Experience in the design, programming, and commissioning of automation systems in a Siemens environment within an industrial, medium-sized production setting
  • Experience with 6-axis and SCARA robots, servo drive technology, high-level language development with database connectivity, or image processing
  • High level of initiative and commitment
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
