Team Leader Security Service / Object Manager (m/w/d) – Vienna – Full-time

Job description

As Team Leader*in in the Security Service / Object Manager*in, you will manage a selected customer group, lead a team of approximately 50 security service employees and actively work on building lasting customer relationships.

Organizational, operational, and economic responsibility for assigned customers and employees
Care and development of existing customers
Market observation and new customer acquisition, in close cooperation with your superior
Consultation of customers on all security and service matters
Ongoing optimization of the service as well as internal operational processes (increase of efficiency, economy, and quality)
Disciplinary leadership, care, control, and guidance of the subordinate team members including scheduling and controlling the performance delivery
