Team Leader HVAC (m/f/d) Heating/Sanitary
Job description
On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consultancy for specialists and executives, is seeking a Building Services Manager in permanent employment.
Our client is a future-proof technical service provider in the housing industry and is responsible for the planning, control, and implementation of services in heating and sanitary technology at the location. The company manages existing properties and ensures reliable service and maintenance. The focus is on compliance with technical standards and legal requirements, clean documentation, and economic targets. You will work closely with customers, internal interfaces, your own specialists, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities
- Technical management as well as professional and disciplinary leadership of the team in the heating and sanitary sector, including deployment planning, instruction, and development
- Preparation and tracking of offers as well as carrying out quality controls to ensure defined service standards
- Conducting site inspections as needed and providing operational support on construction sites to resolve acute challenges and secure deadlines
- Developing technical solutions and implementing them in compliance with relevant provisions, standards, and technical and legal regulations
- Management of subcontractors and own personnel, including cost analysis, process optimization, and implementation of new product standards, as well as accompanying special projects such as maintenance and emergency services
Profile
- Completed vocational training with further qualification as a master installer and heating engineer or technician in the HVAC sector
- Several years of professional experience in the HVAC sector, ideally with experience as a service provider in the housing industry
- Sound knowledge of relevant provisions, ordinances, and standards, as well as a strong awareness of quality and safety
- Experience in personnel management combined with a service, customer, and results-oriented approach, as well as confident oral and written communication skills
- Independent, holistic way of thinking, very good IT skills, and a driver's license class B
