Your Tasks

• Leading a field service team with up to 20 technicians

• Development and care of employees in the field as well as remotely

• Personal and performance conversations

• Monitoring KPIs and revenues, as well as participating in reviews and production reports

• Safeguarding intraday control in cooperation with dispatch

• Escalation management

Your Profile

• Relevant work experience in the technical field

• EU driver's license Class B

• Good German language skills

• Technical understanding and manual affinity

• Self-employed working style and pronounced service consciousness
