Team Leader Service Center (m/w/d)

Our client is a leading global service provider for specialized solutions. With a global network, the company ensures the operational readiness of its partners around the clock. For the European competence center in Munich, we are looking for a motivated leadership personality to strengthen the team as of now.

Tasks

• Fachliche Leitung and Steuerung des Servicecenter-Teams
• Supporting management in personnel development, success control, and motivation of teams
• Monitoring and ensuring defined service-level agreements (SLA)
• Coordination and implementation of onboarding processes for new team members
• Operative support to the team during peak hours in daily business
• Interface function within international service management
• Preparation of reports and analyses for site leadership

Qualification

• Multiple years of leadership experience (3-5 years) in the field of Customer Care, Inside Sales or a comparable service unit
• Negotiation-safe German and English language skills; an additional European foreign language (e.g. French, Spanish or Italian) is advantageous due to the international orientation
• Routine handling with MS Office and modern communication systems
• High willingness to work, stress tolerance, and team-oriented working style
• Sovereign appearance, communication skills, and assertiveness
• Strong service orientation and quality claims
• Readiness to work in shifts (Monday-Friday, 06:00-22:00) as well as on public holidays
