Adecco Introduction For our customer, we are looking for a leadership-strong, guest-oriented personality as Team Leader Service. In this role, you will ensure a smooth workflow in daily business, accompany the team in service, and consistently implement quality and host standards. Tasks - Operational co-responsibility for the entire service area - Ensure that standards according to the manual (service, environment, quality, speed) are met and actively live them out in service - Professional guidance of guests (wine, cocktail, and specialty recommendations) - Team leadership in everyday life: briefings, coaching, support during training/induction of new employees - Service & table plan support, assistance with reservations and floor organization - Mise-en-place management: oversee, coordinate, and control preparations - Process safety: ensure orderliness and flow, conduct transfer lists/checklists for subsequent stories - Controlling: inventory control, absence overview - Active guest satisfaction and professional complaint handling Profile - Very good beverage knowledge (bar, cocktails, wines) and enjoyment of active guidance - Guest-oriented, warm, courteous - Loyal, discreet, trustworthy; reliable and team-oriented - Practically thinking, quick, and structured in execution - Good German and English skills Benefits - Lively business with strong teamwork and clear processes - Desired participation: space for own ideas and improvements - Working hours generally from afternoon to midnight or later, without a break - Varied environment in lounge & bar atmosphere - Attractive employment conditions and development opportunities in the role Contact Information Interested?
