Team Leader Service Center (m/w/d)

Full-time or part-time – Start immediately or later

Tasks

• Team Leadership: Coordination and planning of a fixed team of approximately 30 employees, both on-site and in the home office.
• Employee Development: Conducting team meetings, feedback, and goal-setting conversations, monitoring KPIs.
• Coaching & Recruitment: Fostering and supporting the selection of new team members.

Qualification

• Leadership Competence: You possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and work independently and responsibly.
• Qualification: A degree in business administration (e.g. BWL, Personalwesen) or a completed vocational training (e.g. in dialog marketing) and relevant experience in the personnel department.
• Experience: Ideally already experienced as Team Leader, Project Manager, Department Head, or Team Coach, preferably in a service or call center.
• Customer Orientation: High quality and customer orientation are self-evident for you.
• Technical Know-how: Familiarity with MS Office applications.
