Your Role: Team Player, Strategist & Mentor

You are the face of Salonkee in Dortmund. Your task is to build a strong team while ensuring that we stay close to the customer.

• Team Building & Coaching: You will build the team to approximately five talents. You lead not Excel spreadsheets, but people - through 1:1s, joint training, and genuine feedback.

• Market Presence: You are not an office person. You will accompany your team to on-site appointments, support cold calling, and demonstrate in live demos how Salonkee simplifies the daily lives of salon owners.

• Creating Structure: You organize the week so that your team can succeed. You keep an eye on CRM maintenance and key figures to see early on where adjustments can be made.

• Role Model: Especially in the beginning, you will be actively involved in sales yourself. Not to break records, but to understand the Dortmund market in detail.

What You Bring Along

• Field Sales Experience: You have 2-4 years of sales experience (ideally B2B) and know how to open doors.

• Desire for Leadership: You don't have to have been a "Director" yet, but you have the talent to motivate others and take responsibility for shared goals.

• Structured Way of Working: You plan your region independently and know how to set priorities.

• Communication: You speak fluent German and can confidently communicate in English with our international team.

• Mobility: A driver's license is required for appointments with our partners on-site.
