Tasks - Responsibility for the entire accounting process - Personnel leadership of a small team - Preparation of monthly and annual statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER - Continuous optimization of processes and systems - Close cooperation with other company departments, particularly HR and Sales - Support for the finance department of the group and contribution to the controlling profile - Completed education in finance and accounting with a federal professional certificate - Several years of experience in a comparable position - Secure handling of OR and Swiss GAAP FER regulations - Good knowledge of ERP systems such as MS Dynamics, Navision, Abacus, SAP, etc. - Structured, team-oriented, and independent working style - Service-oriented and high willingness to learn - Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking, additional languages a plus.
