Location: Berlin Schöneberg – You will work on-site in our office, hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days of home office.

Your Tasks

• You ensure that team goals and KPIs are achieved – accuracy, efficiency, and timelines.
• You review the team's work results (reports, data maintenance, auction adjustments) for quality and compliance.
• You lead your team in daily operations and provide technical guidance for complex or critical tasks and during intensive work phases.
• If a process is not running smoothly in daily operations, you take responsibility, find the solution, and get the process back on track. Where necessary, you develop new processes.
• You contribute to projects and drive the further development of our processes within our OKR framework.
• You create work plans, prioritize tasks, and ensure a structured workflow.
• You communicate regularly with the team, conveying updates, best practices, and feedback.

What You Bring

• Experience in disciplinary team leadership – or a clear, robust understanding of how disciplinary leadership works.
• Ability to motivate, develop, and set clear goals for team members.
• High Ownership: You are the first point of contact for your team, but you also think across teams – if processes break or questions arise, you proactively address them and find solutions.
• High independence and reliability in process management.
• Experience in quality assurance, ideally in the automotive or auction sector.
• Confident demeanor and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Office applications and quick to learn new systems.
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken, min. C1), English language skills (min. B1).

Advantageous

• Completed vocational training or professional experience in the automotive sector – e.g., as a car mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or in the automotive trade. Equally welcome: strong private interest in vehicles and the willingness to intensely immerse yourself in vehicle valuation and quality inspection.
