Your Tasks

• Leadership and development of the team as well as fostering a motivating work atmosphere
• Creation and optimization of production plans taking into account capacities and deadlines
• Ensuring raw material supply in coordination with procurement, warehouse, and production
• Collaboration with procurement, logistics, quality management, and development for smooth processes
• Analysis and optimization of planning processes to increase efficiency
• Monitoring KPIs, deriving measures, and reporting to the department leadership
• Compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements

Your Profile

• Degree in economics, production, logistics or a comparable qualification
• Multiple years of professional experience in production planning and material disposition – ideally in an international environment
• Experience as a team leader
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP PP/MM, and experience with APS tools
• Very good German and good English skills
• Communication and teamwork skills, as well as high sense of responsibility
