For one of our clients in Salzgitter, we are looking for a Team Leader for production logistics m/w/d on a full-time basis (40 weekly hours) for direct placement.

Our client is an enterprise active in the field of warehousing.


The gross hourly wage is 22.00 €.

Your tasks: Ensuring a smooth project operation and steering the operational daily business

Responsibility for timely and high-quality results

Leadership, coordination, and motivation of a team of 2030 employees including shift and vacation planning
Evaluation and correction of errors as well as participation in process optimizations
Preparation and presentation of relevant data



You bring with you:

Completed training in the production or logistics sector
First leadership experience is absolutely necessary
Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible working style
Outstanding customer orientation, communication, and conflict strength
Assertiveness, resilience, team, and employee orientation
Flexibility and willingness to work shifts
Safe handling of MS-Office
