We are looking for a technical team leader planning Leit- und Sicherungstechnik Bahn (LST) for a customer.

Tasks

• Leadership and expansion of the planning team Leit- und Sicherungstechnik (LST)
• Ensuring resource planning
• Quality control of the professional correctness of all planning documents
• Support in preparing offers and acquisition
• Planning of Leit- und Sicherungstechnical facilities for all performance phases of the HOAI, with a focus on preliminary design and implementation planning
• Coordination of project teams
• Interface and professional consulting to customers, authorities, and internal departments
• Creation and implementation of standards and processes in the team

Qualification

• A successful study in the field of electrical engineering, transportation engineering, or railway engineering or a comparable training (e.g. industrial master LST)
• At least 4 years of professional experience in planning Leit- und Sicherungstechnical facilities in the rail sector
• Experience in leading employees is desirable
• Organized, independent working style and good analytical skills
• Communication strength, assertiveness, reliability, and stress tolerance
• Pleasure in teamwork and appreciation for a collegiate environment
• Very good German language skills (at least good B2 or C1 language level) in spoken and written form
