Team Leader Performing Loan / Credit Servicing (m/w/d) Project & Leadership in Special

We are looking for an exclusive contract of a financial services provider in Hanover for someone who introduces an international credit servicing software to the German market for the first time and then takes over the team leadership for a combined servicing and accounting team (~7 employees).

Our client manages large consumer credit portfolios of well-known partners and is embedded in a stable, institutional shareholder circle.

Tasks

• Participation in the implementation of an international credit servicing software
• New design of credit servicing processes (prolongation, suspension, rate change)
• Professional translation between banking requirements and system logic
• Preliminary preparation for the integration of operational servicing and accounting processes
• Taking over team leadership (~7 employees) after project completion
• Care of large clients as well as other credit portfolios

Qualification

• Banking background: loan processing, servicing or comparable
• Knowledge in credit processes: prolongation, suspension, extension, rate change
• Fundamental English knowledge desired (international project partners)
• Experience in process design or system migrations advantageous
• Knowledge in car financing / automotive banking a plus
• Residence in Hanover or willingness to relocate
