To sustainably stabilize the HR organization, we are looking for a skilled leadership personality who will be responsible for payroll & HR operations and make a significant contribution to the quality and efficiency of processes. Your tasks Payroll & Salary Calculation: Ensuring timely and correct salary payments for all employees HR Administration & Support: Verification of employee data, including salaries, bonuses, and other benefits; processing of personnel changes; maintenance of personnel records; coordination with other departments; support in the development of HR strategies and concepts. Your responsibilities include: Developing and implementing payroll processes and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations; ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages; maintaining employee data and personnel records; providing HR support to employees, including answering questions and resolving issues; collaborating with other departments to develop and implement HR strategies and concepts.
