Team Leader Rent-Abrechnung o. -Management (w/m/d) in Stuttgart-City

We are looking for a team leader to manage rent and expenses for a large and successful housing company within a healthy corporate group with over 4,000 apartments in inventory and approximately 100 employees, located in central Stuttgart city.

You will be responsible for creating and managing the company's financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.

The full-time position (37 weeks) is to be filled through personnel placement. This means that you will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, which they would like to maintain for many years.

• You will work together with your team to create and manage the company's financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• You will also be responsible for resolving any discrepancies that may arise during the reporting process.
• You will bring your experience to bear on further optimizing and digitalizing processes.
• You will take over tasks from the cost control department.

Qualifikation
