We are looking for a team leader within a large and successful housing company group with over 4,000 apartments in the portfolio and around 100 employees, located in central Stuttgart city. We are seeking you to join our team as

Team Leader Rent and Operating Costs Accounting (w/m/d).

In accordance with your qualifications and professional experience, you can earn up to €80,000 per year here.

After a successful onboarding period, you will have a home office share of two days per week.

The full-time position (37 weekly hours) is to be filled through personnel placement. This means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, and they would like to keep you for many years.

All subsequent designations are directed at all genders for better readability.

Tasks

• You will work together with your team to create operating and heating cost accounts, where you will participate hands-on
• You will also resolve discrepancies
• You will bring in your experience for further optimization and digitalization of processes
• You will take over tasks from the operating costs controlling.

Qualification

This is what you bring:

• A good mood, enthusiasm for nice colleagues and teamwork!
• You have at least three years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Whether you already have leadership experience or not, it doesn't matter! What's important is that you're eager to take on responsibility
• You communicate orally and in writing in very good German
