We are looking for a team leader cost accounting or -management (w/m/d) within a large and successful housing company group with over 4,000 apartments in the portfolio and approximately 100 employees, located in central Stuttgart city location.

In accordance with your qualifications and professional experience, you can earn up to €80,000 per year here.

After successful onboarding, you will have a home office share of two days per week.

The full-time position (37 weekly hours) is to be filled through personnel placement. This means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, and they would like to keep you for many years.

All subsequent designations are directed at all genders for better readability.

Aufgaben

• You will work together with your team to create cost and heating accounts, where you will participate hands-on
• You will also resolve discrepancies
• You will bring in your experience for further optimization and digitalization of processes
• You will take over tasks from the cost accounting control.

Qualifikation
