Team Leader Cost Accounting or Operating Costs Management (w/m/d)

We are looking for a team leader cost accounting or operating costs management within a large and successful housing company group with over 4,000 apartments in the portfolio and approximately 100 employees, located in central Stuttgart city center. We are seeking you to join our team at the earliest possible time as

Team Leader Cost Accounting or Operating Costs Management (w/m/d).

In accordance with your qualifications and professional experience, you can earn up to 80,000 € per annum here.

After a successful onboarding process, you will have a home office share of two days per week.

The full-time position (37 weekly hours) is to be filled through personnel placement. This means that you will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, which they would like to maintain for many years.

All subsequent designations are directed at all genders for better readability.

Tasks

• You will work together with your team to create cost and heating cost statements, where you will actively participate hands-on
• You will also resolve discrepancies
• You will bring in your experience for further optimization and digitalization of processes
• You will take over tasks from the operating costs controlling.

Qualification

This is what you bring:

• A good mood, enthusiasm for nice colleagues and teamwork!
• You have at least three years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Whether you already have leadership experience or not, it's not important! What's important is that you're willing to take responsibility
• You communicate orally and in writing in very good German
