Your Tasks

• Fachliche und teilweise disziplinarische Führung of a team of 8-10 employees

• Führung and protocolization of employee, feedback, and evaluation meetings

• Participation in personnel deployment and vacation planning

• Employee development through training, coaching, and silent monitoring of customer service representatives

• Sicherstellung von KPI`s – mainly in the area of quality assurance and productivity

• Creation and maintenance of productivity reports including independent derivation of measures

• Support and representation of project leadership in absence

Your Profile

• Qualification as Insurance Agent (m/w/d), Insurance Broker (m/w/d) or Insurance Advisor (m/w/d) according to § 34 d Gewerbeordnung

• Professional experience in the field of Sales / Marketing

• Very good didactic and methodological competence

• Ideal candidate with Erfahrung im Thema Mitarbeiterführung und Mitarbeiterentwicklung

• Communication strength, assertiveness, empathy, team spirit

• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment

• Technical understanding, motivation, and approachable demeanor
