The position is located in Bischofsheim near Mainz (industrial area) and is to be filled full-time.

Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for leading a team, including personnel management and planning in outgoing or incoming goods

• You will ensure optimal utilization of your employees (up to 50 people) during your shift

• Management and monitoring of the training of new employees

• Together with customer service, you will find solutions for reorders and error corrections

• You will adjust and monitor the availability and utilization of delivery slots

• Ensuring compliance with work and safety regulations as well as delivery deadlines

• In cooperation with the Area Managers, you will foster employees and support their growth

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training in logistics, gastronomy, or retail, e.g., as a specialized employee for warehouse logistics, retail salesperson, sales assistant, etc., or alternatively, relevant professional experience in a comparable environment, e.g., in production or operational business

• Experience as a manager with teams of 30 or more people

• Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system from Monday to Saturday (5-day week between 0 and 10 p.m.)

• Strong communication skills as well as a proactive, well-organized, and stress-resistant approach

• You can handle, create, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Fluent English skills, further language skills such as Russian or Romanian are an advantage
