Your New Challenge as Team Leader (m/f/d) Production Controlling

As an experienced Production Controller (m/f/d), you will take on the technical responsibility for a small, experienced team while remaining close to the operational day-to-day business. Your technical expertise is just as in demand with us as your ability to structure tasks, set priorities, and bring together the different strengths within the team.

Our production controlling is closely integrated with the processes of our production sites. SAP forms the heart of our daily work and the central database for billing, costing, and analysis. Together with your team, we want to continuously develop our processes and make even greater use of the possibilities of digitalization and automation. You will look together where new solutions create real added value, simplify processes, and allow for more room for the analytical tasks of controlling.

The following tasks await you at our Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg location:

• You will assume the technical leadership and further development of our small team in production controlling, coordinate tasks, and collectively ensure reliable day-to-day operations.

• You will be responsible for the billing of our production orders for the packing plants of the CAFEA Group, analyze the results, and work closely with our production sites.

• You will keep an eye on manufacturing costs, inventories, as well as order and cost center accounting, and jointly ensure a reliable database in SAP with the relevant interfaces.

• You will be responsible for costing runs as well as relevant special evaluations and internal calculations, and derive appropriate questions and needs for action from the results.

• Together with your team, you will further develop processes, evaluations, and our reporting system, and use digitalization and automation where they meaningfully support daily work.

• Furthermore, you will contribute your expertise to cross-site CAFEA projects and work with various departments and international colleagues.

What You Bring

Do you enjoy being in the middle of things technically, can you keep an overview at the same time, and do you enjoy bringing people, numbers, and processes together? Then you might be a pretty good fit for us.

Whether your professional path has led you through a business administration degree, a commercial apprenticeship with further training, or more than several years of practical experience is less decisive for us. What is important to us is that you have sound experience in controlling, ideally in a production or plant environment, and can confidently assess business contexts.

Have you already taken on initial responsibility for others, for example as a technical manager, deputy, project leader, or in a small team? Perfect. You don't need to have a long leadership career with us. Much more important is that you enjoy taking responsibility, providing orientation, listening, and sharing your knowledge with others.
