Your New Challenge as Team Leader (m/f/d) Production Controlling

As an experienced Production Controller (m/f/d), you will take over the functional responsibility for a small, experienced team, while remaining close to the operational day-to-day business. Your technical expertise is just as in demand with us as your ability to structure tasks, set priorities, and bring together the different strengths within the team.

Our Production Controlling is closely integrated with the processes of our production sites. SAP forms the core of our daily work and the central database for billing, costing, and analysis. Together with your team, we want to continuously develop our processes and make even greater use of the possibilities of digitalization and automation. You will look together for where new solutions create real added value, simplify processes, and allow for more room for the analytical tasks of controlling.

The following tasks await you at our location in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg:

• You will take on the functional leadership and further development of our small team in Production Controlling, coordinate tasks, and jointly ensure reliable day-to-day operations.

• You will be responsible for the billing of our production orders for the packing plants of the CAFEA Group, analyze the results, and work closely with our production sites.

• You will keep an eye on manufacturing costs, inventories, and order and cost center accounting, and together with the relevant interfaces, ensure a reliable database in SAP.

• You will be responsible for costing runs, relevant special analyses, and internal calculations, and derive the appropriate questions and action requirements from the results.

• Together with your team, you will further develop processes, analyses, and our reporting system, and use digitalization and automation where they meaningfully support daily work.

• Furthermore, you will contribute your know-how to cross-site CAFEA projects and work with various specialist departments and international colleagues.

Whether your professional path has led you through a business administration degree, a commercial apprenticeship with further training, or through several years of practical experience is less important to us. What is important to us is that you have sound experience in controlling, ideally in a production or plant environment, and can confidently assess business relationships.

Have you already taken on initial responsibility for others, for example as a functional leader, deputy, project manager, or in a small team? Perfect. You don't need to bring a long management career with you. It's much more important that you enjoy taking on responsibility, provide direction, listen, and share your knowledge with others.
