Team Leader (m/f/d) PC Sales

Responsibilities

- You will lead the PC team together with the department manager and be responsible for representing them.

- You will be responsible for sales, gross profit, and accessory and service quotas for your department.

- You will conduct regular performance reviews with your team and derive concrete measures from them.

- You will lead team meetings and ensure that everyone is informed and pulling in the same direction.

- You will advise customers yourself and make your team stronger in sales.

- You will manage inventory and product availability and contribute your experience to supplier negotiations.

- You will ensure an appealing shopping environment for customers.

- You will onboard new colleagues, conduct development discussions, and specifically promote your employees.

Qualifications

- Commercial or technical training, ideally in the IT retail sector

- Genuine enthusiasm for PCs, notebooks, gaming, and accessories

- First leadership experience, e.g., as a deputy or team leader, or a clear desire to take on responsibility now

- You enjoy selling and have an eye for numbers

- Proficient in inventory management and MS Office
