Your tasks

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of 8 employees in our payroll team
• You are the first point of contact for your team regarding the salary program and internal process workflow in remuneration calculation
• Steering of operational daily business and ensuring timely completion of monthly payroll processing cycles
• You drive continuous process optimization forward to improve internal workflows and thus ensure high customer satisfaction
• You support planning and integration of digital solutions
• Participation in developing team-spanning measures to achieve defined growth targets in the payroll area
• You serve as an interface to internal specialist departments

Your profile

• You already have experience leading a team and ideally possess professional experience in remuneration calculation and knowledge of statutory, tariff, and tax law
• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Eigeninitiative and motivation to optimize our payroll processes through innovative digital solutions and drive them forward
• A strong analytical thinking, independent working style, and high service orientation characterize you
• You are willing to support your employees regularly on-site in Bernau (near Berlin)
• Fluent German skills (C1) in spoken and written form
