We are looking for a team leader as Team Leader (m/w/d) Outbound Sales in full-time at our location Avedo Augsburg.

Your Tasks

• professional and personal development, as well as disciplinary leadership of customer advisors in the Outbound project

• Leading of encouragement-, criticism- and discipline conversations, as well as sick leave and absence conversations

• steering and achieving key figures regarding productivity, utilization, and absenteeism rates

• continuously supporting and developing customer advisors through side-by-side coaching and silent monitoring

• reporting and regular reporting to project- and company leadership

• ensuring quality targets as well as the given success quotas

• optimizing work processes and procedures in cooperation with project leadership and implementing corrective measures if necessary, in consultation with project leadership

Your Profile

• fluent German language skills in writing and speaking, ideally good English language skills

• several years of professional experience in the dialog marketing industry

• professional experiences in the described task area, as well as ideally first leadership experiences

• experience in B2B Outbound sales is desirable

• technical affinity, especially in dealing with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

• a sales-strong personality paired with high commitment readiness
