Team leadership & operational involvement – combined in one role

You will lead your team in shift operations and actively participate yourself – right where goods are moved, combined, and packed. You will ensure that orders are processed accurately, employees know what to do, and order picking runs reliably every day. You will be present on the floor, support your team, and keep processes stable, even in the cold area between 4–6 degrees Celsius.

Your tasks

• You lead your team in shift operations and lead by example

• You pick up goods, combine items, and pack them

• You operate industrial trucks and support your team operationally

• You coordinate and delegate tasks according to the abilities of your employees

• You plan shifts, assignments, and priorities

• You identify disruptions early and initiate measures

• You optimize simple work processes and ensure smooth operations

• You monitor the quality of picked goods

• You document relevant processes and maintain an overview

What you bring

• Experience in leading employees Practical experience in warehousing, logistics, or order picking

• Routine in handling industrial trucks

• Very good German language skills Reliable, structured, and solution-oriented way of working

• Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and team spirit

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
