Your Mission

As a Team Leader, you'll lead your own team of customer service superheroes, ensure smooth operations, and bring quality to the next level together with us. You'll work closely with our clients from the telecommunications industry and make sure we impress in every contact.

Tasks

• Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung deines Teams
• Sicherstellung von Qualitäts-, Service- und Leistungskennzahlen
• Durchführung von Coachings, Feedbackgesprächen und Teammeetings
• Schnittstellenkommunikation mit Planung, QM, Projektleitung und unseren Auftraggebern
• Reporting und Performance-Steuerung im Tagesgeschäft
• Mitgestaltung von Prozessen, Ideen und Verbesserungen

Qualification

• At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader*in in customer service
• Experience in telecommunications projects (e.g. mobile phone, fixed network, internet, TV)
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Able to motivate and develop your team
• Experience with KPIs and performance steering
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work style
• Pleasure in collaboration, responsibility, and genuine team culture
