Team Leader (m/w/d) for Vehicle Damage Management

We are looking for a Team Leader (m/w/d) for our Vehicle Damage Management department, who will be responsible for leading a team of around 10 people. The successful candidate should have experience in the automotive industry, preferably in vehicle damage management or a related field. He/she should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions. In addition, he/she should be familiar with MS Office and have a high level of proficiency in German. The Team Leader (m/w/d) will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the daily operations of our Vehicle Damage Management department. He/she will also be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. Furthermore, he/she will be expected to identify and implement process improvements, as well as contribute to the development of new business ideas. The successful candidate should have a degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferably with a focus on logistics or supply chain management. He/she should also have at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry. In addition, he/she should be familiar with SAP and have a high level of proficiency in German.
